Our Policy
Being on time for appointments is extremely important. Massage sessions begin and end at scheduled times. We do not expect you to wait while we finish a treatment on another patient who arrived late. Massages beginning late will end at the appointed time and are full price. We will organize our time well for you, please use the same courtesy for us. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your booking.
